Anna turned 6 months old on February 1st and hit the ground running. Within one week, she was sleeping through the night, sprouting teeth, eating solids and sitting up (sorta). She started out as our Sweet Potato Pie Queen, moved on to the classic Anna Banana and most recently hails as the Princess of Prunes (see above). Even through prunes seem to be her preferred lunchtime treat, we barely survived the diaper change that ensued. The leftover prunes are now sitting in the back of the cupboard to expire gracefully or to be used in case of emergency.

Splish Splash

Anna is starting to enjoy her baths.  A big, yellow rubber duckie to play with makes her smile as does a warm, fuzzy towel and a big apres-bath snuggle with Mom or Dad!

i met 10 new friends last week.  they are always with me wherever i go.   they taste good too.

                                               

5 Months

                                                so big!

i'm five months old today, and  i've learned to do so many things!  i can roll over, drool and blow bubbles, kiss my mom and dad, pet my puppy, reach for my toys and sleep for eight hours at a time.  i love to squeal and laugh, cry and pout.  life is good.  really good.
